Core Shop

The moulds, sand and binder systems used in core production are selected according to part design and production requirements. Before production, we evaluate the geometry and technical requirements of each component to prepare suitable core solutions for the casting process.

Following the necessary inspections, the produced cores are positioned inside the casting moulds to ensure that the internal geometries of the components are formed accurately and precisely. This process is particularly important for producing cast components with complex internal structures in the required dimensions and forms.

Throughout the process, we monitor dimensions, strength, surface quality and mould compatibility to prevent potential production defects and improve manufacturing efficiency. Through controlled core production, we support the quality and consistency of the overall casting process.
