After the parts coming out of the casting are filled in buckets and brought to the Cleaning Department, their surfaces are cleaned by placing them on iron hangers with the Shotblasting method in the 8 tons / hour capacity "Hanger Blast Cleaning Machine". The cleaned parts are precisely grinded the runners, feeders and burrs using spiral grinder, portable grinder, bench grinder and angle grinder.
Using the oxygen cutting method, after determining the runner and feeder parts of the steel castings we produce, they are cut and cleaned, thus completing the preliminary preparation phase for the grinding process
With the gas welding machine, it is possible to weld steel castings of different sizes and thicknesses when necessary.
In the Heat Treat Furnaces, steel castings produced are annealed. Heat Treat Furnaces technical features;
